Fresh food

Fresh and perishable items — fruit and vegetables, meat, seafood, chilled and frozen goods — cannot be returned or exchanged.

Packaged goods

Packaged goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened and the packaging is intact.

Quality issues or wrong items

If an item has a quality problem or you received the wrong item, please contact the store to have it resolved.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• 包装商品：包装商品在收货后 7 天内、未开封且包装完好，可以退货。
• 质量问题或送错商品：商品有质量问题或送错，请联系门店处理。
• 退款方式：退款按原支付方式退回。
